This is extremely delayed, but we were able to have some fun this past winter in Minnesota. We made it snow from boiling water, we went cross-country skiing, drove around on frozen lakes, and tried to stay warm.
There was plenty of snow this winter - you did hear about the Metrodome, right?
It was our first time cross-country skiing and we had lots of fun. We definitely could use more practice, but I wouldn't mind doing it again! We went with our good friends, Dan and Laura in February.

Matt and I cross-country skiing. Next time we could use some pointers from someone who knows what they're doing.
